Ok people we are doing great!! Interesting input from all of you.
So we have Moons and rebirth reborn or something like that :P
If you agree I think the balance goes the way of MOONS, but still there is no suggestion as for the time frame we should set for the release of the pack. We have at least 7 serious contributors talking here and we all hope there is commitment on this ;) with 7 pieces we have a pack :)
*So to accommodate all of you with school or other issues, lets talk dates.
I have also recently viewed the new pack from
Differs quite a bit from their previous packs and it feels its moving into what we have left empty.
Ok lets keep it simple again DATES DATES DATES

That is right, after some months of dealing with life itself everything is cool and I have more than enough time to give Alexei a hand with our place here.

Well we are open for business clicking people, there seemed to be much discomfort on TS closing down, and I have happily seen many of you known artists work and release several fantastic pieces, so I guess you can also contribute to your favorite group ;) ....yeah here!! not some other place.

SOOOO 3 main issues to be discussed in this journal.

* First: Tell the group when do you think we should set the time for the next pack AND Theme proposals.
* Second: Members are members and I shall compile a list soon, but WE WILL STAY OPEN TO NEW ARTISTS, we will receive art from anyone that wishes to participate, and if it is good enough it will be on the pack, if you participate constantly and your work is always coool after a couple of packs you will sure enough get member status.
*Third: Hmmm there is no third :) who said 3???

So that is it fast and simple, you like TS join this effort and spend some of your valuable time with us.

I think the only thing that leads this group to consistently "die" (again) is poor leadership. You guys constantly just gave up on the group instead of motivating.

Sorry for being honest, but I've been meaning to say that for a while.

In either stance, it's nice to see someone resurrecting it. again.

My vote goes for "Chain Reaction", or something of the like that someone suggested up top. Sounds interesting.

In all honesty, thats crap. Now don't get me wrong, I didn't necessarily agree with some of the choices main by previous admins, but they spent alot of effort trying to get it started again. (Brent and Max I recall had whole word documents of ideas and ended up with a well thought out system for TS, albeit perhaps overly complex.)

I stick to my belief that the only reason this group seems to "die" is because TS just isn't as popular as it used to be. There are still pieces out there, but compared to when alyn was around doing this stuff it just hasn't carried the same torch. Genres dip and rise, and especially the space artists reading this journal should recognise that from first hand experience.

I really don't think taking a theme in the direction of 'rebirth' and 'new life' will produce a stand out pack. More often than not with a theme like that we get a very loose coherency between the pieces in the pack: its too abstract.

IMO the best direction to take would be to go for something applicable, physically. Take the old Spaceartists :iconspaceartists:, their packs were successful because they were relevant, especially the Satellites pack. I'd love to do something similar, so my response is going to be 'Moons.'
